Depending on the person and exertion levels this suit is enough for most conditions, but not all - however adding boots, gloves and hood will extend the usable range well into the Bite. The combined layup of their top-shelf E5 Neoprene, back zip entry system and an expanding Glued and Blind Stitched seam ensures high thermal retention and low water movement - if water can move in and out of your suit, by poor fit or zipper to name a few, then it will struggle to keep you warm.
